| After my graduation in business management at the Viennese University of Economics and Business Administration I started my career at Ericsson Austria with an SAP/R3 implementation project. During this time I was also working for Ercisson Germany in a logistics project. Upon successful completion of the SAP project I switched to tele.ring Telekom, an austrian mobile telecommunications provider. There I was heading the business process management team and responsible for all company processes. During this time I managed also an e-commerce project for Mannesmann TeleCommerce (at this time the parent company of tele.ring) in Düsseldorf (Germany). Over this very interesting period of time I gained substantial working knowledge and so I decided to go into business for myself. In March 2001 I founded Reinhard M. Paschinger Consulting with the key aspects of activity in Business Process Management and Project Management. Over the years my consulting portfolio was enhanced with IT Service Management and Business Service Management. During this time I gave advice to companies like SBB Software (now UC4), Liwest, Hutchison etc. in Austria, T-Systems, Comdisco, Siemens etc. in Germany and RWE in Hungary. For more details about my consulting projects see the references at my business areas. In Mai 2007 I founded with a partner Syserion Professional Services. As executive I was responsible for strategic alignment, operational consulting concepts, internal organisation and human resources. After the successful set-up of the company (up to eight permanent employees) I sold my share in July 2008. Now I have more than ten years experience in business consulting for national and international companies in several kinds of industries.
